[Responsibility]

  • Manage and ​develop entire recruitment ​processes with ​a ​focus on ​high-quality ​and ​timely hiring and ​effectively ​communicate and work ​closely ​with ​hiring managers : ​direct sourcing, ​co-work ​with external ​agencies, screening ​and ​interviewing candidates, Job ​offer and ​negotiation.
  • Manage and develop On & Offboarding process
  • Design and improve Employer Branding strategies and initiatives through data-driven insights and best practice
  • Workforce staffing and HC Planning
  • Manage HR Systems (SAP) and time management
  • Actively lead HR Project to improve process or digitalization
  • Closely communicate and work with Global and Region team


[Qualification]

  • 7-10 years of HR experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of full-cycle hiring success or fully understand the recruitment process.
  • Various experiences in Employer Branding or HR process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactively think and improve the HR process
  • Proficient in both English and Korean.

  • Experience in HC planning, time management with good understanding of labor laws is pr
  • Familiar with ATS Platforms and strong understanding of recruitment tools. (reference check, competence test tools)
