[Responsibility]

  • Main Job

- Design ​and ​improve Employer ​Branding strategies and ​initiatives through ​data-driven ​insights and ​best ​practice

- Actively ​lead HR Project ​to ​improve process or ​digitalization

  • Manage ​and ​develop entire recruitment ​processes
  • Manage and ​develop ​On & ​Offboarding process ​
  • Workforce ​staffing and HC ​Planning
  • Manage HR ​Systems (SAP) and time management
  • Closely communicate and work with Global and Region team


[Qualification]

  • 7-10 years of HR experience required
  • Various experiences in Employer Branding or HR process improvement initiatives required
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or fully understand the full-cycle recruitment process preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactively think and improve the HR process
  • Proficient in both English and Korean.
