[Job Description]
- Daily operation management :
- Review contract document that submitted by F&I managers
- Funding disbursement for active deals
- Handling F&I manager inquiry and follow up issues.
- Phone verification with customer (as needed)
- Follow up the system issue and communication with IT team.
- Administration:
- Support monthly closing report
- Handling of settlement related topics
- Support guideline and work instruction update
- Support settlement supervisor (follow up the process improvement, ad-hoc compliance issue and regulation change)
[Qualification]
• 5 years or more experience in automotive industry experience is preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive attitude to effectively collaborate with co-workers
• Strong responsibility and self-motivated
• Fluent in both written & spoken English is preferred
• Education: bachelor’s degree
