[Job descrition]

  • Analyze market ​needs for ​changes
  • Assess ​business cases ​for ​the ​detected needs
  • Strategic alignment ​with ​local management to ​prioritize ​business ​projects and check ​delivery feasibility ​with ​respective departments ​(i.e., Business, ​IT ​and HQ)
  • Solution alignment ​with respective ​domain owners in HQ (i.e., CoE process) and help the project team with vendor selection
  • Provide project managers with BMW standard tools (SPARC) to ensure sound delivery of projects during the life cycle that they meet the planned scope and timeline
  • Monitor project budget spending
  • Conduct monthly IT OPEX spending analysis in line with local controlling
  • Review business operations processes and assess improvement potentials with respective users (process owners and department heads)
  • Consult and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions and run/coordinate process improvement initiatives to enhance operations excellence
  • Track and analyze changes in operations KPIs and communicate with HQ
  • Share learning curves with other subsidiaries for benchmarking
  • Roll out Improvement Toolkit (Continuous Process Improvement) in the market
  • Conduct various global assessments with business departments (Compliance & Governance, Individual Data Processing, Internal Control System)
  • Conduct yearly basis workforce trend analysis in line with controlling budget planning


[Education & Experience]

  • Degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance or equivalent
  • 5+ years development experience with Project & Portfolio
  • Management/Process Management
  • Fluent both in written and spoken English


[Skills]

  • A solid understanding of IT and emerging IT trends
  • Experience in the vehicle & finance industry
  • Great team player and able to build close working relationships with business partners for seamless functioning
  • Attention to details
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Determination to resolve challenges
  • Steering multi-stakeholder tasks effectively with clear and strong communication skills
  • Project management experience    
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
